Affiliated, alumni and external course enquiry form

We are an internal service provider at the University of Oxford and our primary focus is to serve the students and staff of the University and related HE organisations. You can book on our courses if you belong to one of these groups:

• University affiliates
• Alumni
• Spouses of University members
• Members of other Universities or HE organisations
• NHS Staff with a connection to the University of Oxford

If you wish to attend one of the IT Learning Centre courses, please complete the enquiry form below. Please be aware that in so doing you will not have booked a place on the course concerned. Once the form is submitted our IT Learning Team will then contact you about being able to attend your chosen course.

Cancellation Policy

1. Any cancellations should be made in writing or by email.
2. Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the start of the course.
3. Where notice of cancellation is received we will refund a proportion of the course fee as follows. The non-refundable portion of the course fee (advised at the time of booking) cannot be reimbursed.
   Note: the cancellation period relates to the day on which we receive your written notification of cancellation.

If you fail to attend the course, and do not notify us, no element of the course fee is refundable.
