Managing your booking

To help you manage your booking, here is a list of frequently asked questions about booking, paying and cancelling your course. 

You can pay online at the time of booking, with a credit or debit card. We also accept Purchase orders and Journal payments. See How to pay page. 

You will receive a booking confirmation when you book your place. This contains all the course information and price, which is usually sufficient information for expense claims and most accounting records. If you require a formal invoice, please email  .

This depends on when you cancel your course place.  

If you request a cancellation 14 days or more before the course, you will receive a full refund. 

If you request a cancellation 7-14 days before, you will receive a refund of 50% of the course fee. 

We do not refund your fee if you request a cancellation less than 7 days before or do not attend 

Normally students receive 50% off the advertised price.

The dates and times of all sessions are given in the course description and are sent to you in your booking confirmation email.    

The booking system is authenticated by Single Sign on. The easiest way is to ask the member of your team to book the course themselves. If this is not possible, please email with the details and we will make the booking. 

Please cancel your place in the self-service dashboard. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days. 

We do not transfer bookings. You will need to cancel your booking (you will receive the applicable refund.) You will need to make a new booking and payment for the next suitable date.  

We will notify you of the new date for the course. If you can attend on the new date, we will rebook you. If you cannot attend, we will provide a 100% refund. 

Please let the teacher know that you are leaving early. Depending on how early you leave we may not be able to issue your completion certificate.

You will need to book and pay for the next suitable course date. We do not issue refunds for partial attendance, and we cannot transfer your booking to the second day of a course.

Providing you have attended the full session emails are emailed to you after the session. 

Please add yourself to the waiting list for this course date. If a course date with a place is available, we recommend that you book this course. If you are offered a place on the earlier course, please contact us and we will transfer payment. 

We publish our new programme with course dates each term.  You can add yourself to a waiting list of courses and we will notify you booking dates open.
